Contrary to popular music today, love is not war.
You have to fight for it, but it is NOT war; it is the feeling you get when the war is over. You feel happy, safe, and excited for your world to change for the better.
Too many people spend their days looking for the over-the-top, dramatic, scary and intense kind of love that doesn't always exist, and definitly doesn't last.
I think I am too boring to love for my generation at the age we are now. But I have faith that more people will grow up and realize that pop culture is not exactly an accurate portrait of what good love is.
